Internal Weeping System (Diamond blade saw vs Jackhammer)?

As the title states, I may be planning to do my own internal weeping tile system to a sump pump.

My question is, I've seen some people do it with a jack hammer / rotary hammer and others use a circular saw with a diamond blade along with a sledgehammer.

Which would be preferred / easier, etc?

Neither. I'd recommend renting a 14" electric cut-off saw with a diamond blade and use water to cut. This will keep the fumes & dust down and it won't look terrible when completed.
