hmpjrs Newbie   Join Date: May 2012 Posts: 1	install concrete pavers over cement deck different opinions 1)cement all pavers then spread mortor powder wet down. 2) cement pavers around border only spread mortor powder and level then spread a sand type product as mortor wet and clean. Which do I do?
