I have an unlevel concrete floor...


i have an unlevel concrete floor...in a 5' span..the concrete slab drops 2" across the entire span of the slab which is 30' long...how to level that much is the issue...to go from drop off to lel on my existing concrete...

Deck mud--"Mud" What Is It? - Kitchen & Bath Remodeling - DIY Chatroom - DIY Home Improvement Forum

Trowel down a bonding layer of modified thinset--then pack in the deck mud--

this should be protected with tile or carpeting when complete--

More details are needed to know if this is really the best method for your situation--Mike---
