How to prevent foundation from cracking?

Hello everyone,

I'm in a lot of trouble . I had a rusted bathtub drain pipe. While trying to remove it and and the rusted pipe elbow broke off. I need a way to cut through the foundation w/o causing cracking the foundation. Can someone please recommend a proper method for it? Thank you so much everyone for your time!

Once it's cut off on both sides of the wall the pipe can be split from the inside of the pipe and slid out in two pieces.

A real plumber would also know where the cleanouts need to be so if it plugs up it can be snaked.

is that cast iron? Cast iron is a pain to cut. Use cutting discs on a grinder to cut as close to the wall as possible, Im not sure how to cut the piece in concrete. I looks like the concrete square around the pipe was patched in afterwards
