How to make cut curves in stacked stone tile

Hello all,

I wanted to add some stacked stone on one of my walls. The problem I'm running into is figuring how to cut curves into the stone so it can fit the top portion of the wall. The stones come in 6x24 inch slabs. The wall is about 7ft wide by 6ft tall. What tool would be best used to cut a curved line into the stone?

Try a diamond wet saw, adjusting the depth a little at a time.

making a series of kerfs, a small space apart, then use a stone masons chisel to slowly chip out each piece of leftover stone, to make a close enough arch.

Then cover it with a flexible molding as a finish.

To make it look correct, i.e. realistic, you need a different stone to edge it with, or even a brick if that fits the rest of the motif. Then you use "L" corners and wrap around the arch, then miter cut into that.

The truth is, I would not do that wall under any circumstance, even knowing how to do it. Not enough clear space to make it look right.

this will be about as easy as filling a 4gal bucket w/5gal of water & not having it overflow onto the floor suggest you come up with another use or idea as this won't work
