House foundation


I want to build my footings , ICF concrete walls and 4' pony wall out of wood and put the floor on , install weeping tile and washed rock and backfill and then let sit till next summer to build house , will the wood on the floor be okay or how should i protect it over the winter so i do not swell or damage sub floor

House foundation


What kind of wood floor are you planning to install? Will the floor be left exposed to the elements? Are you talking about subfloor or finished floor?
