holes in brick mortar

My brick house has several (many) little screw holes where former owners had a hose hung or a decoration on the house.

What do I use to fill these holes?

thanks

Try hole filler.

Post a picture.
Is it just gray morter? If so then just mix some up and put it on the holes.

There are a number of injectible products you can buy that will work fine that fit a standard caulking gun. I generally despise the stuff but even silicon will work for small holes.

I never use them, it makes the flaw stick out to much.

the holes are inconspicuous so my main concern is keeping insects or dampness out.

thanks.

and it's a gray mortar that looks the color of concrete. In fact I need to buy a bucket of concrete patch so maybe I will use that.

Absolutely positively DO NOT use concrete patch. Please to god do not do that.

Completely different product that will look terrible. I cant tell you how many homeowners i have came behind after they destroyed there brick veneer with concrete patch and had to acid wash, grind and tuck point after. Nightmares i tell ya.

My suggestion, grey silicone. Keeps the water and bugs out. Def wont match but its better then holes.

OR

The right way would be to hire an out of work bricklayer, which im sure there are plenty out there, and pay him 50 bucks to do it right.

OOPS,

Truepro,

thanks and just in time.

Will go to Home Depot tomorrow for grey silicone.

thanks
