Fountain statue repair

I'm hoping someone will have an idea about repairing a broken fountain statue. It took a spill and broke into several pieces. Is there a cement patch/adhesive that will hold the pieces together? It looks like I have enough room to drill it out holes and help give it support with rebar. Any ideas on what may work? Thanks.
