Foundation crack repair

Good morning all. I have a crack in my basement foundation wall that was repaired before we moved in. It looks like they used a epoxy injection type system. The problem is it is leaking water in a few areas of the crack again. Is there an easy way of "opening" the crack back up and using the same product or maybe the poylurethane product instead of the epoxy? I tried searching the site first but didn't have any luck. Thank you all in advance.

May be more effective to do the repair from the outside not the inside.
Working gutters, grade running away from the foundation, no mulch piled up againt the foundation, no flower beds forming ponds.
May even need a french drain.
The key is to prevent the water from getting to the foundation in the first place.
