Does anyone a copy of the uniform residential code for cinder block walls 6 foot or over?

Footers under block walls

What are the walls used for? - retaining wall?, privacy wall?, basement wall?

If it for a privacy wall and you are in a southern CA city, there city may have some stardard drawings. For retaining walls and home basements much depends on the soil type and loads.

Check with you local building official for an accurate answer regarding minimum sizes.
