Fireplace hearth

I looked for a way to move thread from construction to masonry but did not find option.

We moved into new house (brick ranch house) that has three wood burning fireplaces, and I have a family member that wants to get rid of a fireplace insert. I want to put the fireplace insert in one of the upstair fireplaces. I am concerned about the weight of the fireplace insert though. From the basement I have looked at the bottom of the the hearth which is all brick and it has a concrete slope, I guess to tie into the house brick. I'm not sure how heavy the fireplace insert is but I'm sure it is several hundred pounds.

Do you think that the brick hearth would support the weight of the insert?

Fireplace hearth

Too hard to tell from here. You had better call a mason or fireplace company to be sure.
