Damp concrete slab
I am replacing the laminate flooring in my living, dining and study rooms. When the old laminate and pad underneath were pulled up, there was a large damp spot only in the dining room.
The other floors were dry. The dining room does not receive a lot of sun, is on the North part of the house; I believe that the electrical piping is underneath the slab in that location, too. What could be causing this?
Not a good thing.
Where is the plumbing run, under the slab?
