crack at footing running up and over stem wall to garage floor
 

this is a monolihic pour -concrete was poured 10 days ago-slab on entire house is post tension in arizona.lot is in semi custom subdivision connected to sewer;water.trenches were dug 5 to 6 ft deep to sewer hook up.concerned that crack up and over stem wall and onto garage floor not good!! .framing just started-should i voice my concern to building manager . JACK IN ARIZONA

It sure sounds like poor soil or a lack of compaction.

I would certainly raise the question. Anything that makes you question anything should be brought to the attention of your builder. After all they work for you.

now of course we cannot see the crack, a photo or two may get your more direct answers.
