Crack in Basement wall. Should I be worried?

Hey all, I recently removed a portion of panelling along my basement wall and discovered this crack. We have not had any issues, but I thought to ask some experts if I should be worried.

Attached are two pictures of it.

Looks like they may have had originally a second pour, from the appearance of the wall faces. What does it look like on the other side (possibly you will have to dig down some.

Thanks for the reply,

There is a bunch of pool equipment above ground there :( which will make it hard to get access to. Are these types of cracks generally cause for structural concern? Or leaking?

I would say in your case, not to worry, unless windows & doors not closing.
