concrete slab

Just purchased a house built on slab. The house has not been heated in winter is fully insulated but the huminity is very high between 80 to 85% when doors are opened the floor where tiles are gets wet. I'm thinking no vaper barrier under slab. Will heating this place in the winter help this? There is no water near house its sitting on a gravel raised base.

Thanks
