concrete porch issues.... need help

if your in an area of the country where in the fall you get rains then freeze ups at night that will do a job on anything where it can soak,seep in and freeze.might consider a nice wrought iron fencing around that deck to define it..ace the planters and add some stuff to the beds....around and up to the steps...it's not as bad except for the inside pix it's sceamin' help us here...cool lookin' cats >"<
