Concrete grinding and leveling

I have about 20 SF of concrete that unfortunately I need to cut down about 1/2". It's an older house, slab basement.

Suggestions I've had so far
diamond cup wheel
double rim cup wheel
cheap masonry blades and keep making cuts.
hammer drill with chisel.

Wish I caught this lump beforehand.

Any ideas, suggestions, appreciated.
