Where my garage floor meets the block walls where the garage door comes down, about 1' by 6" of the concrete has broken off, exposing the rebar. It is only right at the entrance edges.
I can get all of the broken pieces out, pack more sand or shaved chipped rock into the hole. What should I use to build it back up again, to make sure it adheres to the old concrete.
About 5 years ago, I painted a bonding concrete liquid on the concrete, poured 5,000 psi concrete and shaped it to the match floor. 5 years later, same problem.
