Concrete foundation estimate

Ive been a framer for quite a few years and I'm contemplating building my own house. I was wondering if anybody had an educated guess as to how much a 9 foot pour basement on a 30x50 one story house in central Missouri would be. The back would be stick framed for a full walk out basement. So really would only have 1 50 foot wall and 2 30 foot walls made of concrete. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

No one here can help you with that. You have to make some calls to local contractors and find out.
The people on this site could be from any part of the world.
No one's going to know what labor or materials, soil conditions ECT. are in your area.
And if someone does throw a price out what goods it going to do you. It's not going to be right.

You would have to find a local contractor with either 9' high (minimum) or 10 high forms. That may limit the number of contractors that can price it out. Around here that is not a problem, but could be a problem in some areas.

if your a framer, you obviously have connections to builders.. ask the project manager's for whom you frame the contact number for their foundation guy... .. with that being said.. you might be able to work out a barter deal..

we do it all the time with our other trades.. we trade labor on each others houses
