Concrete floor not on slab

Yes it is physically possible. But not recommended. Houses' settle. Concrete cracks. Only a matter of time...which is shortened with the weight of a concrete floor. GL

BUT.....in case you wanted to do it anyway....

Pull up ALL of the flooring, sub floor etc.

Double up all your floor joist from pier to pier, enough to cover the square footage of where the concrete will be.

Block in nailers every 24"

Use galvanized screws to screw down New high strength fiber sub floor.
Layer with tar paper.

Pour 2 1/2" thick slab. Stamp, stain, chromatop, or whatever finish you choose. GL

Im right that im wrong*
