concrete cracks


why does concrete crack if the mix has been mixed well and foters
are done correctly what happens to make it crack some will crack 2 to 3 week ater pouring I have seen some go 6 to 12 months before cracking what makes the diffrence?

concrete cracks


Concrete cracks, its a fact of life. That's why roads that are paved with it aren't one continuous road, they're a bunch of panels.

The difference in the time it takes can be based on many factors (quality of mix, placement method, even the weather when it was placed). The point is, just because the concrete cracks, it doesn't mean its a bad mix.
