Concrete costs

ndbwhunter Newbie   Join Date: Mar 2012 Posts: 3	Concrete costs I'm looking at building either 1277sf split-level, or a 1500sf ranch with a walk out basement. What should I expect for a difference in cost for the foundation? Obviously the ranch will be more expensive, but how much more is the question.

Calling yourself a GC and actually being one aren't the same thing. Being able to break down the absolutes from the variables in this sort of question doesn't require being a concrete guy...
