cleaning old brick that had plaster over with grinder cup brush
I am restoring a brick wall to be exposed after having plaster for 103 years. I am almost done taking off the top coat of mortar so that i can tuckpoint new mortar.
Before i do put in new mortar, i was wondering if it would be advisable to clean the residues of sand from the bricks using a wire cup brush grinder attachment like the one pictured. Or could that damage the brick? ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks |
