Cinder blocks need repair!!!!

Does anyone know how to repair these cinderblocks? We are hoping to do it from inside without having to dig the ground from the outside. Only two blocks need repair, After they were pushed out from water being drained onto the foundation. We have redirected the downspout since then. Thank you for any advice you might have!!!

Prevention of even more damage is about all you can do without a huge expense.
Grade needs to be running away from the foundation.
Need working gutters.
No flower beds forming ponds and no mulch piled up against the foundation.
May even need to dig out and seal the foundation and add a French drain.
Got some pictures of the outside.

Cinder blocks need repair!!!!

while many know how, are you certain there's only 2 that need work OR are you basing your statement because you can only see 2 needing attn ? we can see 2 are displaced & that's troublesome 'cause they're the lowest course so what happened to cause that ?

don't understand this part - ' Only two blocks need repair, After they were pushed out from water being drained onto the foundation. ' do you mean the water only displaced 2 blocks ? i don't know how 1 would repair something on the exterior when the only access is blind from the interior - that'll be a new 1 to me.

sounds like digging's the solution,,, look at it this way - at least you'll finally be able to actually SEE what's going on & fix it properly.

redirecting the downspout's fine
but what about those little underground wtr pathways already formed ? closing barn doors are always good but not much use after the horse's run away

Digging on the out side is the proper repair. How do you expect to push them back without removing the dirt from the other side. Anything else is just a temporary fix in my opinion.

I can tell these are 8 inch wide block, by the way they pushed in at the corner.
I assume that it no longer leaks, even though they are obviously dislodged.
If whatever caused this will not happen again after fix, hammer and chisel out the two blocks, replace with two six inch wide blocks, repoint, tool the joints

I would do nothing before I would attempt this repair.
