Caulking Gun Tubes ( empty )

I need to do a small tuck pointing job on some bricks and fill some voids with mortar that really isn't a pointing job and was thinking if empty caulking tubes were available the tip could be cut the size desired for each area and would be handier and quicker than wrestling a grout bag.

Anyone know if caulking gun tubes only are available? If not, you build it I'll buy it.

You're not going to get mortar to run through one of those tubes, it's doesn't flow well enough. There are bulk style "caulk guns" that will pump mortar through but they're over $100, and work OK at best IMO. For small tuckpointing, a trowel & filler, or a grout bag, are going to be much more efficient approaches.......
