Best Foundation Water Proofing Product (non rigid)

Hello,

Just wondering what everyone's opinion is on the best waterproofing product (paintable, sprayable etc) and why.

Fibered, non-fibered, tar, acrylic elastomeric?

Thanks!

The "slopped on stuff" does not seem to be critical if you have a drain tile system that continuously removes water and reduces the water against the wall (structural and moisture protection) and does not require excessive chemicals and does not deteriorate over time.

Right I understand. I will have a drain tile/french drain too but, surely one "slopped on" product works better than the others.

What does everyone here use?
