adding pigment to epoxy paint?

We just gutted all the tile from our dining room and revealed a stamped concrete floor underneath. The pattern isn't bad but the color is an awful pepto bismol color. We wanted to paint it with an epoxy paint but the only colors readily available are green red and white. I was wondering if I could use the white paint and add either a liquid or powder concrete color pigment to achieve a desired color with out compromising the integrity of the paint.

I have and of the available options it's either grossly over priced ( I live in Costa Rica and the majority of imported goods are heavily taxed) or the quality is poor.
