Acid stained concrete a bit too orange - fixable?
I just completed a DIY of a new patio slap and I'm generally pleased with the results (first time.) I've neutralized and cleaned and am poised to seal but before I do...
I used a two-color application of buff and cola and unfortunately it's a bit too orange. Not terrible, but if I can throw another coat of something on top before sealing - if there's any lime left - what color would I use? I read a suggestion elsewhere to use a light green wash, but this is an outdoor application and that color isn't recommended for outdoor use. Would a red stain just make it more orange? Should I go for a dilution of a dark brown (which, honestly, I thought that's what i'd get out of cola.) Maybe straight cola and let it sit for a day?
Or, maybe just give it up and seal?
