2" space between poured concrete walls and concrete slab floor

PKEARTH Newbie   Join Date: Sep 2012 Posts: 1	2" space between poured concrete walls and concrete slab floor the house I live in is 6 years old near phila, PA, it has poured concrete foundation walls and a concrete slab floor, there is a 2" gap 3 to 4" deep all the way around. it had dirt in it and some areas are wet. CAN I FILL THE GAP WITH STONE AND CONCRETE?
