wrought iron security door frame

The back "dutch-style" door of our brick house is between two windows that look into our kitchen. There have been a lot of break-ins recently in our town, and I notice signs that someone has been trying to force our door open with a pry-bar near the latch where the diagram below has an (x). They're forcing the pry-bar between the door and the door jamb; because there's nothing solid behind the door jamb, there's some flex in the frame.

..brick....brick....brick..brick
..brick....brick....brick..brick
====================
window ||d o o r|| window
window ||d o o r|| window
window ||d o o r|| window
window ||d o o r(x) window

..brick.. ||d o o r|| ..brick..

..brick.. ||d o o r|| ..brick..
..brick.. ||d o o r|| ..brick..
..brick.. ||d o o r|| ..brick..
..brick.. | cement | ..brick..

So I am looking for a wrought-iron security door.

The one company I phoned said their wrought iron security door frame is L-shaped, not a rectangle. Are all of the frames L-shaped? Are there any pre-hung wrought iron security doors that are designed to fit into a rectangular four-sided metal frame that could be fastened with lag bolts into the brick wall on left and right side of the lower half of the door, into the cement at the foot of the door, and into the brick above the door?

Thanks

Get more lights and a bigger dog, along with a smaller dog. Both together will tell people that they are not welcome. Having the lights and also get everyone in the neighborhood to start being nosy neighbors. It will help to start getting the problem out of the area.

Easy targets are those areas that no one questions why people who do not live there are coming and going at all hours. Also making it known and friendly to those looking to find any way in to your stuff, is not helping.

For all doors, put in at min. 3" screws for the lock plates and one screw per hinges. Get a outdoor light that is LED with a night light that lights up the door, and when someone approaches, it goes to full flood.

The neighbor behind us, had flood lights put in at four different points on the back of their house, even though we have made it very well known that our neighborhood is not thug friendly.

Being that this thread is four years old I imagine that OP has got it figured out by now.
