Windows Newbie - nail fin and brickmould

I've decided to install windows myself into my newly built garage, however I am not certain if I should get vinyl windows with a nail fin as well as brick mould or just with brickmould. In all honesty I don't know a lot about windows. Since this is a new construction I assume I need a nail fin and brick mould for a maintenance free finish but would like that confirmed. Is it standard to have a nail fin for windows in new construction? Thanks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What you need will be determined by what type siding is going on.

Stucco will be the the material of choice here. No vinyl siding. Would brickmould go with stucco and nail fin with typical siding?

I've ordered windows with bickmould. The next step is figuring out how to secure the window.

Add your waterproofing then predrill the brick moulding and use 3" long galvinized finish nails to attach it to the wall.
The stucco is then run up to the brick moulding.

Nail fin, composite brick mold, drip cap/head flashing.
