can you get 3 different windows to replace your one big old one? (it has 1 window then a picture window then 1 window.

Your question as written makes little since.
How would three differant sized windows work?
Did you mean 3, separate windows, but all the same size?
That one opening could be redone any number of diffeant ways.
Two double hungs with a picture window in the middle, three single hungs, two casements with a picture in the middle, and the list goes on.
What to see what it will look like go on the Anderson web site and look at there design center.

Just about anything is possible depending on how much work/money that you want to spend... Your question could use some clarification though as the other guys mentioned.
