Window Sweat
I have one sweating window in the house. These windows were installed originally when the house was built in 1998. It could be 98 degrees with 15% humidity or as high as 100 DEGREES WITH NO HUMIDITY. It could be between 15 to 50 degrees during the winter time. It does not matter. Basically ALL YEAR long this window sweats. Thought about a heat gun to eliminate the sweat. I believe it is between the two panes of glass. Any help??

If it's between the two panes, then the seal is broken. You may want to see if you can remove the sash and replace just that, or the whole window, depending upon ease. Wood? Vinyl? What material and mfg.? Photos always help here.

The window is vinyl. Manufacturer?? Your guess is as good as mine, No label anywhere on the window. I am just going to call it a cheap manufacturer window.

Nothing on the glass?

Correct. Nothing ON the glass. The sweat is between the glass

I understand. Usually, the mnfg. name is etched or printed in a lower corner on the pane itself.
...or possibly a sticker inside the frame. You may be able to find it with the window opened.

Seal failure it is.

How old is the window? Could be covered under warranty. Like DM said, look for an etching on the glass or a sticker on the side of the sash or inside the head jamb pocket.
