I removed a door and filled the lower space with cinderblocks. Then I added a window to the upper part. The window that I had custom made was a bit smaller than the opening. So now I'm a little stuck at the stucco part. Do I need to use an agent to stick the stucco to the painted wall? And do I need to use lath corners around the opening. I'll attach a pic. Thanks
. Image May be rotated. The dark part is a new stucco coat under the window
Is this an exterior stucco wall? If so, then this window needs to be completely removed and reinstalled correctly with moist stop/jiffy seal and correctly lathing techniques, not to mention a new construction fin.
If this is interior and you're talking about plaster, then depending on the plaster depth you can just patch it with drywall and mud/imperial.
