Window screen latches

I have double hung windows. One of the screen latches does not close entirely. Can I get new latches or do I need to get a new screen?. Replacement windows were bought several years ago at Home Depot.

Window screen latches

What kind of latch is it? Is it a movable screen that slides or fixed. Could you be referring to the retaining spring that holds the screen in its slot? If you provide a picture that could help.
