Window leak!
I live in a cmu block house in Florida, and the window in my kids bedroom is leaks after a hard rain. I tore the drywall off beneath the window to find water stains on the block. I sprayed the window with a hose from outside and saw that the water was coming in from the side of the window. After removing the drywall below the window, I noticed that there is a gap below the window between the window farm frame and the block. What is the best way to stop the window from leaking? Can I fill the gap with great stuff? Should I remove the drywall around the entire window to check for more gaps?

Anything would help. Thank you

You can see it from the outside, we can not.
Post a picture.

+1 to JoeCaption's comment.

Need to see a picture of the exterior and of the track of the window.

it needs to be fixed from the outside not the inside as water starts from the outside when it rains and works its way to the inside of the structure...
