Last night during the worst of the rain and wind from the hurricane I noticed in all our rear facing windows and one side window that water was coming in. We have newer windows however the windowsills are marble. The leaks were all in the same spot (left bottom corner where window meeta sill. The kitchen window was so bad there was a bubble underneath the window where could the water be coming in? Any advice would be helpful.
Hard to say without seeing it but your windows should have two weep holes on the outside lower portion of the frame. Those holes are there to allow water that gets into the tract a place to drain out. If those holes are plugged the water can get in just as you described. Even if the weep holes are clear itís possible that you had so much rain that they just simply couldnít keep up.
Of coarse this is just one scenario, posting a few pictures (inside and out) could help.
