Window Inserts - Indow Window

Just curious if anyone has experience with this company:

http://www.indowwindows.com/

I am interested in doing this or some magnet based window for soundproofing. I already have new windows (Jeld Wen Siteline EX casement windows) but thinking this may help with dog barking?

Any additional mass, variable thickness, or plastic will help with the noise attenuation.

No experience with indowinwows at all but don't be surprised if in cold weather the inner pane of your Jeld Wens develop condensation on the inner surface. Reason being, the room temperature has been cut off from the Jelds inner pane allowing it to cool to some number below room ambient. The air between the indows and the Jelds will be somewhere between the outdoor ambient conditions and indoor conditions.
