Window Fogging between panes

Does anyone know where I can buy the replacement window -- bottom and/or top -- section for a M&W window?

Picture of the window would help.

Depending on the window, it can be an easy swap.

How old is the window?? Depending on the manufacturer, glass is generally warranted for 20+ years. Contact them.
