Where can I find replacement part for this window lock/latch?

See photo, I assume these are like child safety lock/latches on windows so they only open up to a certain width/height and not allow a child to fall out or a burglar to easily get inside?

Well, a few of these in my house are broken. I could leave them that way, but may be nice to get replacements. All I could find are stuff like these instead:

is what I have a custom part or an obsolete part? Wondering if I can get such a part somewhere...

Look on the bottom right hand side of the window glass and see if there's any readable markings.
Some companys acid etch the glass to ID it.
Can the sashes be tipped out? If so look on the outside and back side of the frames for some company info.
Looks like a OEM item to me.

Try Blaine or strybuc. Just google them, they are hardware supply companies.
