Sweaty windows

The house I just bought has what I call jalousie windows; they crank open. They aren't the typical jalousie type with narrow slats of glass, they each have 3 large panes about 14x32 inches, with removable screens and storms on the inside. My issue is that they sweat like crazy, to the point where water actually puddles on the sills. Short of replacing them, is there any way to prevent this?

Reduce the indoor humidity levels, crack open the exterior window slightly so that the humidity that leaves from the interior space can dry to the exterior and get some convective air movement, and/or seal up the interior storm a bit better.

Doubtful. These are probably the worst windows to have.
Possible solution would be to add another solid layer of plastic or glass to stop air transference.

I agree with those are the worst windows to have there sweating for two reasons one the humitys to high in the house, but also the windows are cold. They all leak air, the cranks break, a driving rain will let water in, most have dead flat sills which allows water into the walls from leaks.
There called casment windows.
