I need to repair the old aluminum window springs, see pic.

Haven't found the parts yet.

Any one knows where to find the parts, and how to replace the springs?

thanks a bunch

Google "storm window parts" hundreds of sites come up.
You would be far better off installing a replacement window and getting rid of those old storms.
