removing stationary glass sliding door


it have removed the obvious screws but it will not move

removing stationary glass sliding door


There are more than one blend of doors---take a picture-----

On many there are two small 'L' brackets that are all that hold it in--one top and one bottom on the exposed edge in the center of the frame.

Remove those and slide the door over--a gentle hand and a thin flat bar will help.

removing stationary glass sliding door


I have seen some old sliders that have the fixed panel screwed in through the frame. Dumb idea, but I have seen it.
