Question

Recommend window suction cup device?

Hello. I need to replace two panes of approximately 18" x 60" double pane window glass. Can anyone recommend a decent brand of those window suction cup doohickeys that I could use? I don't want to spend too much for one project, but I don't want to drop my $100 window panes either. Thanks all!

Thanks Joe! I didn't think of Northern Tool, I have bought from them many times before. Some of their stuff is of questionable quality (see my nail gun post on this site), but the reviews for your link look good.

I'm all the way at the fresh-water end of the Bay at the tip-top, Perryville.

If you do not like that one Lowes and HD have one that's really made for use in a bath tub or shower to assist with getting in and out. Should be in the handi cap section in the bath area.

you could try harbor frieght, but if it is only going to be used for two windows i would just get by with out. i install auto glass daily and handle even larger windows without a cup. If you were closer i would let you borrow mine

mcfarton, you were right, I installed the two panes a couple of weeks ago and just lifted them myself. Only lost a pint of blood before I figured out to put gloves on
