Pocket door assembly

I have decided to install a pocket door for my bathroom in the basement. I have installed the frame and the header assembly but I have not hung the door yet. My issue is that my drywallers came last week and covered up the frame. Will I be running into any issues due to the drywall being installed? Taping and mudding starts on monday as well.

Nope, you should be able to hang the door after the board is on. Just make sure the drywall screws aren't too long before you slide the door into the pocket.
