Pocket door
 

I have a few pocket doors in my house and I hate them. I would like to switch over to just a standard style swing door. I know I can buy a pre-hung interior door. But how do I install it. I have searched the internet and have not really found any real good help.

First u have to take off Sheetrock and dismantle the pocket studs and track . U should have a header big enough since it expands to twice size of door then just frame new opening and re rock . U can't just buy slab and hang it in pocket it wouldn't be stiff enough for whatever side u wanted to put in pocket
