for NICKD - casement windows foggy inside

Nick, if I didn't know better when I read your post, I thought you might be my husband... same workshops, same attitudes, same ability to do most everything himself.... Now, how does he go about defogging some of our 1985 Truth - Entry gard casement windows. Actually, they are not really bad... maybe only half of a unit even, but we just bought a home in winston-salem, nc, and my hubbie is tweaking everything before he will let me move down with furniture (live in Va. now), so I need a solution for these windows, especially since I badly broke my humerus while painting already. Thanks SandyBCAR
