Need info on Quaker windows please

I'm planing a new construction residence in South Carolina in the Upstate region. Im trying to evaluate the cost/quality of Quaker double hung windows & sliding doors. Never heard of this brand untill a few days ago. Im also looking at PlyGems windows, top of the line Pro series I think they are called. I have about twenty five windows in this house. One builder is telling me PlyGems, the other builder say Quaker. Of course when you talk to the builders they defend their choices but can't explain to you the benefits or downfalls between the brands.

Since Im building here in the South, I won't have the freezing winds, ice & snow conditions. Both windows would be the vynal clad type. Thanks for any advice you can offer before I bite the bullet.
