Low-e window leak
I walked in to my wife's office last night and noticed a rainbow-y haze on the window. When we bought the house there was another window in the garage with the same problem and was told it was a low-e window that had been replaced under warranty because it had leaked.

What I can't figure out where to find a replacement. I thought they were Pella windows but I have no idea why I thought that and can't find anything like them on Pella's site. It's a vinyl, sliding window with embossing that make the glass look like a grid of panes.

Is there anywhere I can look on an installed window to find model information? The installed the one I found in the back of the garage so I don't have one laying around anymore.

If it's Pella or Anderson there will be acid etched info in the bottom right side of the glass.
If it not there then look around the jambs and the ends of the windows for a sticker.
Sometimes it's even branded into the vinyl.

You would think they would make that one thing easy to read for cases like yours because it happens all the time, but for some reason they do not in some cases.

Post up a picture as well.

What type of window was it? (what operator type)

I have seen the stickers on the inside of the frame so the window hides it when closed too.

Inside the head jamb or on the sides of the sashes are pretty common.
