Looking for ceiling attic door/hatch

I would like to replace my attic access in ceiling. Currently, I have a piece of drywall. The opening is roughly 21"x32".

What I would like:
- a complete replacement with a door on hinges
- insulated
- decent quality

ladder is optional.

I am having a hard time to find anything. What are some common manufacturers?

Just make another one out of A/C 1/2" plywood and glue a piece of 2" blue foam to it.
Unless you have an attic that was designed for storage it's not worth the hundreds of dollars if not more for an insulated attic stair.

The E-Z Hatch R-42 Attic Access Door is a high-performance energy-efficient attic access scuttle door. It is R-42, triple-gasketed, pre-finished, and provides a 22x30 access opening. It is an energy efficient alternative to energy wasting attic pull down ladders, and exceeds all Code requirements. The Deluxe version is provided with a 4-point lock and handles. A step ladder is used to provide attic access. Cost is about $199. Available from Battic Door, www.batticdoor.com
